1. Are the bundles all priced 30% OFF the SRP?
Answer: No. Please refer to the table below for the exact discount for each bundle. We are actually giving higher than 30% discount from SRP for all the Hygiene Kits we’re offering.

2. I see that you also request for donations for groceries for communities in need. Why do you have two Goodness Rising projects? Would it not be better to direct all efforts for just one cause?
Answer: We understand that a lot of sectors need help at this point and with these two Goodness Rising projects we found a way to make lives a little bit easier for both the urban poor as well as the frontliners. This also gives our customers options on how to contribute during this crisis.
3. Can I just donate instead of buying the bundles?
Answer: If you want to donate cash, you may direct it to our Goodness Rising Project for GK and other poor communities instead. For this Pledge a Package initiative, we will only be donating hygiene kits and not cash to the frontliners.
4. Why don’t the bundles have sanitizers and hand soaps
Answer: Actually, one of the bundles include 50ml sanitizer and two of the bundles include 50ml hand soap. Since our sanitizers often run out of stock we made sure that if this happens we have back-up bundles that are readily available.
5. Can I buy one bundle for myself and one bundle to donate?
Answer: No. This bundle is strictly for the purpose of donation only.
6. How will this be distributed to the frontliners?
Answer: We will be dispatching the Hygiene Kits in batches of 100 to medical frontliners in various hospitals in Metro Manila. We have contact persons for the hospitals that we will help who will pick up the Kits from our Warehouse.
7. How many care kits do we target to give out per hospital?

8. When is the target date to distribute the care kits?
Answer: As soon as we gather 100 kits we will immediately distribute them to our partner hospital.
9. If the target quantity is not met, will Human Nature still donate and how will you identify the recipients for the limited bundle quantity collected? Or will Human Nature supply the rest of the quantity.
Ansswer: Human Nature has already donated 100 kits to St. Lukes BGC. If the minimum 100 qty is not met we will still turn these over to the hospitals. We will also try our best to supply the rest of the remaining quantity.
10. Why ask for donations? Why don’t Human Nature just donate their products to the frontliners?
Answer: Human Nature has already donated 100 kits to St. Lukes BGC and has also sold kits at a deep discount to Tala Hospital in Caloocan. We know that we will be able to help more hospitals if we open up the opportunity to help to the public. Since we are a social enterprise and we don’t have much resources, we cannot afford to give all the necessary hygiene kits for free.
11. Can I also nominate a hospital beneficiary? Can it be a local hospital in our area? What is your criteria for selecting a hospital beneficiary?
Answer: Yes you may but there is no guarantee that the kits will go there. One of the important criteria in our selection of hospitals is that there’s a confirmed and trusted Contact Person for faster and easier coordination and transaction.
12. Will you be donating to hospitals in Metro Manila only or also in the provinces?
Answer: Due to our limited movement from the ECQ we will first focus on Metro Manila hospitals. The hospitals on our list are:
• PGH - has 26 COVID-19 cases as of Apr 2
• Mandaluyong Medical Center - has 2 COVID-19 cases as of Apr 2
• National Center of Mental Health (Pavilion 3 & 7) - has 2 COVID-19 cases as of Apr 2
• Tala Hospital - has 4 COVID-19 cases as of Apr 2
• Amang Rodriguez Hospital - has 1 COVID-19 case as of Apr 2
13. How will the Hygiene Kits be packed?
Answer: We will use the medium Human Nature brown paper bag. We will pack 100 of these in one box for turn over to the hospital coordinator.
14. Can we pledge the hygiene kit via branch transaction?
Answer: No. It can only be purchased via web transaction.
15. Are the Pledge Kits subject to delivery fee?
Answer: Because it will be picked and packed from the Human Nature Warehouse, customers will not have to pay for delivery fee.
16. If, for example, I pledge a Hygiene Kit and I also buy other HN stuff, will the net weight (to which delivery fee is dependent especially in provincial orders) include that of the Hygiene Kit/s?
Answer: No. The delivery fee that will be based on weight that is net of the Hygiene Kits.
